I've built and fixed HR operations across manufacturing, healthcare, technology, finance, real estate, and startups. Along the way, I kept seeing the same gaps: compliance risks nobody owned, systems that were bought but never turned on, processes that existed only in someone's head. That's why I started UnlockHR: to be the person who owns those gaps and fixes them for good.
